2 large potatoes, cut into small wedges
1 T olive oil
2 – 3 T parsley, chopped
2 – 3 T grated parmesan cheese
Garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Toss the potatoes in the olive oil, parmesan cheese, parsley and spices. Lay evenly on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 475 for 10 – 15 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until brown and crispy.
