This is really good skewered with vegetables and grilled.
1/2 lb large shrimp
1/2 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lime
1t worcheshire sauce
Salt, pepper and cilantro
Mix the marinade together and add the shrimp. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes, if you have time, then grill. You can reserve the extra marinade and cook it down to make a sauce. You can also use this marinade on fish. I tried it with mahi mahi and it was really good.
