Seriously, did I eat eight servings in two days?
Apparently, according to Yorgo’s.
But I couldn’t help it. This stuff is so good. And healthy. Especially when eaten in mass quantities with my cucumbers.
Anyway, I ate the last of it while I was waiting for my fake bacon to cook for my BLT sandwich that I had for dinner. I didn’t take a picture of it because we’ve all seen sandwiches before, although maybe I should have because this was a particularly good one. I managed to squeeze half an avocado on that bad boy. It was pretty amazing.
Then I had a teeny tiny bowl of ice cream with some chocolate chips on top:
It really was tiny this time. Like two tablespoons or something. Of course, I thought I was eating two tablespoons of hummus at a time too, so who the hell knows.
LOL – i seriously am cracking up laughing at your post… thx for bringing a smile to my face!
hahaha the green leaves pineapple platform thing made me laugh.
im impressed you can limit to 2 tablespoons like that!! Teach me Arielle!
I’m positive that my hummus disappears on its own, because I mean, I couldn’t eat all that in 2 or 3 days right?!? Yeah, I’m with you on this one.
OKay seriously that happens to me allll the time. Foods like that disappear in no time at all, even though I can absolutely swear I am eating the recommended serving size. It makes no sense. Stupid hummus, I swear it’s self-depleting. Or self-eating. It can’t resist itself…
What I wanna know is how come every time I visit you there are no such goodies to be found in your house. I believe the last time I was there we were eating stale corn chips. I feel cheated, but will allow you to make it up to me!
I notice over time my serving sizes can grow so easily. But when it comes to Hummus, PB, & ice cream those servings are really too small. HEHE!
I have that problem with cream cheese.
I tell myself lies about how big a tablespoon is.
It’s like about the same size as a cup, right?
Food lie to me all the time. Like peanut butter. Who are they kidding when they say there are like 20 servings in that little jar, mine is gone in usually, oh 2 days. Same with pretzels. I just don’t get it. It might have something to do with me mindlessly scooping the peanut butter out with the pretzels. Oops.

Thanks!

You mean the ice cream? I can’t. There was hardly any left so I gave most of it to Chris because he doesn’t like chocolate chips. It may have been the first time I ever ate two tablespoons of ice cream, in fact. Unless you count directly out of the carton while passing by the fridge. I kind of do that a lot.
Heather –
Thanks, I appreciate it.

Honestly, I think it’s a weight thing. I think the measurement sizes are off and if you use the weight, it’s probably right. But I am not about to start weighing my food so I’ll just have to live in my dream world of accuracy.
Larissa –
What about the bagels I always buy you??? Don’t they count for something??? Apple cinnamon cream cheese??? Come on.
Aimee –
Yeah, the people who come up with that stuff are full of it.
Crissy –
It is. Same for chocolate chips.
Sarah –
Haha that might be your problem, yes. That was the problem with the hummus I believe.
