Can you even believe it? I bet you can’t. I haven’t posted a snack in AGES. I still eat them, though. Although interestingly enough, perhaps not as often. I think I ate more when I felt the pressure to post my snack every day.
Anyway. Grapefruit:

The grocery store was out of grapes, my fruit of choice. I do like grapefruit, although now I’m thinking I should have had hot chocolate or something because it is snowing like crazy here. Luckily, there is still time.
Also, I am going here tonight. Way excited, obviously. Do you think I could order the fudge brownie soft serve with pretzel crunch and a peice of the carrot cake? Or would that be too much? Because I’d also like to get the brown butter cinnamon bun with cheesecake filling, but something tells me I might walk out of there with a stomach ache if I do.
I think it would be worth it.

No grapes?? Bummer
I’d go for the Banana Cake at that restaurant – have fun!!
Stomach aches are usually worth it, I find.
I’ve been wondering about your snacks!
“brown butter cinnamon bun with cheesecake filling” ???!!! totally worth it.
Hi, I’m de-lurking after having been reading your blog for about a month!
I got linked to your site through Betsy’s, but I just had to comment to tell you things about Momofuku:
a) The carrot cake was the best carrot cake I’ve ever had, which is a little pretentious to say since we’re all young, but it was an experience.
b) Don’t get your hopes TOOOO high about a single item, because they apparently never have all of the items on the menu. I went back to that bakery 2 days after having eaten the Best Carrot Cake of My Life, only to find out that they only had the Crack pie and the Cookies. Crack Pie is good, if you’re only taking one bite. It’s called Crack Pie, what can you expect?
Have fun!

carrot cake all the way. And all other items you’ve listed that are available.
worth the stomach ache for sure.
I knew I shouldn’t have clicked on that link. I just ransacked the pantry to find something sweet.
I’m delurking as well haha. Sooo jealous you’re getting to go there. I’m in NYC as well and have yet to try Momofuku out. I’ve heard amazing things – especially about those pork buns. The bakery stuff looks insanely good though.
Hope you enjoy it! Love reading your blog!
That’s how I felt when I tried to post all my food in one day. – Pressure.
Please order both dessert items.
I’m so jealous…please review whatever you end up with!
Hahaha, sometimes I eat things even though they give me stomach aches…
One can never eat too much dessert. Stomach ache be damned! That will only last for a while, right?
How was Momofuku bakery?? The Noodle Bar is my favorite restaurant in Manhattan. If you eat pork, the Momofuku ramen is to die for!
Momofuku was AMAZING. The carrot cake is the best. I also tried the chocolate cake, the salted caramel pistachio soft serve, the candy bar pie, and the pistachio cake.
I was there with four other people. Don’t judge.
