The circumstances of my night last night demanded a grilled cheese for lunch today:
With tomato. This is my new favorite thing. I mean, I’ve always loved grilled cheese, but my love is now reinvigorated. I would have enjoyed this with some Sun Chips, but apparently someone – not me, surprisingly – had some drunk munchies last night and they are all gone. So I had grapes. Not as exciting, but okay.
And then a Z Bar, because I’m too tired to think creatively:
I am going to attempt to make something good for dinner. Possibly mac and cheese. Because, you know, I can always have more cheese.

now i totally want to know what kind of trouble you got into last night!
Please detail said circumstances.
Looks like a comforting lunch!! I’m partial to the GORGEOUS GREEN GRAPES, of course
I’m with Caitlin and Erin – what happened?!?!?!
Cheese does make everything better. If you make mac n cheese tonight, I would be interested in a recipe. Being a college student requires me to have lots of cheese and macaroni…but not a lot of time to wonder Google for hours in search of a recipe. Just a lot of time to visit food blogs, I guess.
Grilled Cheese and tomato is THE best.
That is really one of the classic comfort foods – grilled cheese with tomato (either in the sandwich or as soup on the side for dunking) just seems to be a natural pairing. So yummy.
what happened that made you require grilled cheese for lunch and someone’s drunk sun chip munchin?!??! anything fun?!!??!
I drank too much on Monday night. It was fun. Tuesday, however, was not.
