All day, I’ve been about two hours behind. I don’t know if it’s because I’m slow, or because there is too much to do, but I am not having a productive day. Jack is actually sitting next to the couch tapping his watch because he knows he’s supposed to be on his afternoon walk right now.
I did make time for a piece of this salt water taffy that Chris’s mom brought us last night:

Wait, Wings? I just noticed that. I think I remember Wings from senior week. Is anyone familiar with Myrtle Beach? Isn’t this one of those places where you can get your belly button pierced and buy one of these awesome personalized shirts, all in one transaction?
I’m pretty sure it is. Whatever, they make some damn good taffy. I also had a few Sun Chips:

Times two, I’d say. Good thing Chris doesn’t pack a lunch on Fridays!

Nope, it’s not you – time is definitely flying by.
Taffy = so old school. I used to eat that stuff all the time when I was little
I agree with VeggieGirl. Time is flying by… You don’t even feel that days go by and you feel like you’re unproductive…
Omg, those shirts were tragic.
haha oh yes you’re right about Wings. You can’t go to Myrtle Beach without going in there!
in agreement w/ everyone…seriously, i don’t know where the week went…since when did it become thursday?
OMG!! I live an hour and a half from Myrtle Beach. While it is famous, it is really touristy and the quieter, nicer beaches are farther down the coast!! But, that is HILARIOUS!!
Ha! The Jersey Shore is exactly like that. I’m not cool enough to go to Myrtle Beach.
YES – I went to Myrtle Beach for beach/senior week as well! Maybe we were there at the same time… getting drunk and laying out… at least that’s what we did. And as for Wings, has anyone else noticed that every year they have a sign up saying that they are having a going out of business sale, yet they are always there and open next time you go to the beach.
I may have made an appearance in Myrtle Beach myself. Although it wasn’t for senior week, it was a group of over spirited cheerleaders. What a tragic place. At least the taffy is good.
Time is speeding for sure. Yet I’ve been getting that strange “speeding in slow motion” if that makes sense… no time and yet the days seem to drag individually. Scary summer is alomost over! Taffy and chips, that works – sweet. salty… all good.
VG –
I know, I hadn’t had it in a long time either.
Andy –
It’s true! It’s almost September. That makes me sad.
Run –
I know. I had an airbrushed license plate.
Amber –
I thought so.
Melissa –
I don’t know, but I’m not complaining.
Kate –
I’ve been there a few times, but the last time was for senior week, so like seven years ago.
Allyson -
I would say you’re probably too cool for Myrtle Beach.
EBF –
I didn’t notice that. That’s exactly what we did too. And some people also got arrested. That’s always fun.
Hangry –
Ha! That’s funny.
Mango –
True. But they were spread out a little.
We had some arrests too, and then some others were kicked out of hotels… fun times!
