I made the mistake of letting Chris go to the store alone tonight to buy some ice cream. I’m pretty flexible when it comes to ice cream, as long as it’s not too crazy. This is because I like to eat it basically every night, and I can’t be pounding some Ben and Jerry’s on a daily basis. Although, just so you know, I would very much like to. Oatmeal Cookie, please.
Anyway, this is what he came out with:
These are so good. And so bad. They are so good and so bad. I forced myself to only eat half of one. Actually, it didn’t take too much effort. They’re a little much, even for me. But that’s the other half in the left corner there, all wrapped up to greet me tomorrow. I can’t wait.
Other than that, it was a rather boring day. I did, however, get my passport picture taken, and it’s just too funny not to share:

thats about 100x better than my passport picture. i went in and smiled like you’re supposed to do when you have a picture taken. the lady then snapped at me not to smile. i laughed, thinking she was joking. nope. and she was mean about it. then i was just plain scared and still sort of laughing because when someone tells you not to smile you can’t just NOT smile.
the result: a scared, half-smiling, surprised disaster. it’s embarrasing.
my passport photo is soooo bad-from my senior year of high school. i had it at the airport last year and the security guy looked at it, and very plainly, and kinda rudely looked at me and said “you look better now. i’m glad you changed your hairstyle.” ummmm…thanks??

I love the passport pic! I just don’t understand why they say “don’t smile.” Is there something wrong with looking happy when you’re traveling? Is it suspicious?

Okay… I will NEVER share my ID’s pictures. No smile, no hair, no earrings, no breathing, no anything! Those are likethe worst pictures I’ve EVER had taken.

And then see what they do… But that would suck if they refused to then take my psport pic for me… hmph.
That’s not a terrible picture at all! And you look nice and tan! Also, this isn’t entirely relevant, but I LOVED my ID picture on my MI license… I mean people complimented it and everything. And then some *%$^# stole my wallet on the train platform in Chicago. Hmph. Now I have a picture that I would NEVER post online. Right, like I said, not relevant at all.

Passport pictures are brutal though. They all look like mug shots. Mine is terrifying. Yours isn’t half bad though. There’s only a slight drug arrest undertone to it
I love Reese’s as well – they are my favorite candy bar, well not really a bar but chocolate candy thing. Right now we have Oreo Klondikes. Your picture isn’t that bad, mines not one I would be posting online that is for sure.

i finally got a new passport photo a few months ago too and it’s really gross. it’s an upgrade from my previous one, though, which was from when i was like 15 and looked horribly awkward.

You just look a little bit like the photographer pulled his pants down just as he clicked the shutter, but that’s okay.
