I got this in the mail today from someone at work, so I ate it for a snack:
It was pretty good, although a little sticky sweet in a weird kind of way. I’m guessing a LOT of honey was involved in the making of this bar, but the label offered no ingredient or nutrition information. I am assuming it was healthy because it tasted like it was, plus no trans fat is always a good sign.
Also in the package was this chocolate bar:
I did not eat this. Yet. Its days are numbered.
I did have a few figs though:
More than this. Maybe six? They always disappear so fast, I can’t keep track.

I have a hard time keeping dates and figs straight.
One killed the monkey in Raiders of the Lost Ark, I know that much.

I loved that Chocolove bar. I’ll be interested to see what you think.
mmmm cranberry crunch – sounds really good and the nutritionals above look good too
Did it do a good job of filling you up?
Kiala –
Movie references are lost on me. I just had to have Chris explain this to me. Also, what about prunes?
Danielle –
Wow, thanks! You are quite ambitious. Or perhaps just more so than me. I knew it was healthy
Spoodles –
Love the name. I actually had a little bite of the chocolate bar to try it, and it’s a little strange but I think I like it…I need to eat more. You know, just as a test.
Lindz –
It was good, just a little too sweet. It did fill me up, though…I ate it at like four and was okay until dinner at 7:45.
Hmm I’ll have to look for one
3.5 hrs is great holding power for a bar!
