I needed a title for this post so I asked Chris because he’s good at that stuff and he said, “Jeez, that’s about the minimal effort you could put into a post, isn’t it? What’s that, four sentences?”
We can’t all be a super blogger.
Anyway. This afternoon I had a headache and I thought maybe I was hungry so I had a pear:
Turned out I just needed some Advil.
Then for dinner we had pesto tortellini with sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms.
And Skinny Cow for dessert:
A few more figs were also consumed at random tonight. Three, I think. Possibly five.




Your tortellini combo sounds perfect. I haven’t had those in ages. Mmm..
I’ve been meaning to try those Skinny Cow desserts. How are the ingredients in them?

Romina – They are good. These definitely had cheese in them, though. I’m sure you could find a flavor without – I’ve seen vegan portobello mushroom before!
Tina – They are not bad. I mean, it’s basically the only processed/diet thing I eat, so I don’t mind one every once in a while. It’s better than many of the alternatives. And they taste amazing. Try the cones!!

I’m a little late, but YUUUM. Now I want tortellini for dinner!! But if I go to the grocery store for a second time today, for the 4th day in a row, they might think I have a food shopping problem… which I totally do…
